1. About the Site

The Site is an unofficial fan community for watching and talking about the Netflix series The Devil's Plan. It is not affiliated with Netflix or the producers. It is free to use.

2. Accounts

• You sign up with a Google account. One Google account can have one Site account.
• Children under 14 may not sign up.
• Your account is for your own use only. Do not transfer or lend it.
• You can delete your account at any time on the My account page. Signing up again with the same Google account creates a new account.

3. Your content

• You keep the rights to the posts, comments, and images you upload.
• You allow the Site to display your content on the Site and to resize or convert it for display.
• Posts and comments remain under "Deleted user" after you delete your account. Please delete anything you want removed before deleting your account. Even after deleting your account, you can ask by email to remove a post that contains personal information identifying you.
• When quoting others' work, quote only as much as the discussion needs and credit the source.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Abuse, harassment, or discrimination against others
• Spam, advertising, or flooding the same content
• Infringing others' copyrights
• Exposing others' personal information (contact details, addresses, private life, etc.)
• Using multiple accounts to manipulate predictions or reports, filing false reports, or using reports to harass others
• Disrupting the Site (automated bulk requests, exploiting security flaws, etc.)
• Anything that violates the law

5. Spoilers

The Site is a place to talk freely about the show after it airs. Player status, posts, and prediction results always show the latest information and are not hidden by viewing progress. Take care if you have episodes left to watch.

6. Reports and moderation

• Logged-in users can report posts, comments, and users.
• Posts and comments reported by three different users are hidden automatically and reviewed by the operator.
• If you break section 4, the operator may hide or delete your content and issue a warning, a temporary suspension (1 or 7 days), or a permanent ban.
• You can block other users; their posts and comments will no longer appear for you.
• The operator reviews reports and may restore hidden content. If you disagree with a moderation decision, you can ask for a review through the feedback page.

7. Predictions

Prediction scores and rankings are for fun and have no monetary value or prizes. The operator may correct scoring errors.

8. Rights holder requests

If you believe a photo or post on the Site infringes your rights, let us know through the feedback page or by email. The operator will review the request and act promptly in accordance with applicable law, and may hide the content while reviewing it.

9. Changes and discontinuation

The Site is run for free and may change features or stop operating. We will give advance notice of discontinuation where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided free of charge, and the operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running reliably.

Users are primarily responsible for the content they post.

Except for liability imposed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for service outages or damages that occur without the operator's fault.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If we change these terms, we will announce it on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
